I aim to create a space where you feel comfortable, confident, and genuinely excited for your new look. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
If you’re more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and will be treated as a late cancellation (50% fee).
All fees must be paid before booking future appointments.
This policy helps keep the schedule running smoothly and ensures fairness for all clients.
